Freshly launched with an enviable loft space in hand, Melbourne wine bar Aster kicked off Tuesday Takeover, a weekly series that saw space and kitchen takeovers by local Melbourne restaurants. First up was La Chinesca, a Mexican x Chinese themed evening with the cuisine served by Carlton North operators Sleepy's Bar and Cafe, paired with wines picked by Aster.
